Prawn Saganaki
Nothing says 'Greek beachside taverna' quite like our Prawn Saganaki. To recreate the flavours you'd find on a sunny Mediterranean holiday, we've baked our prawns in a rich, chilli-infused tomato sauce and topped it all off with crumbly feta. With fresh thyme, oregano and capers stirred in, you'll definitely want to wipe your dish clean with a crusty wholemeal bread roll. Don't be afraid to add extra chilli flakes, if you're feeling brave!
Hints & Tips
Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.
There's no need to season with salt as the feta is already salty. If you'd like to make this dish more authentic, you can add a tablespoon or two of Ouzo to the tomato mixture, but remember to adjust the calories accordingly.
