Nothing has us looking forward to lunchtime quite like this fakeaway-inspired crispy chicken salad. It's every bit as fun and delicious as it sounds, for only 313 calories per serving (drizzle of sweet chilli sauce included!). We think it really shines on a bed of Asian-style veggies, but there's nothing to stop you swapping in your favourite shredded greens – just be sure to tweak the calories, if you're counting!
