Flavoured with cheese and chives, these pancakes will be your new favourite way to start the day. Our cross between a salsa and guacamole makes for a delicous savoury topping, with fresh tomatoes, avocado and a hint of chilli. Drizzle over the creamy yoghurt mixture and add a lovely saltiness by sprinkling on some crispy bacon and chorizo.
