On the table in 25 minutes, it's so easy to turn a simple pouch of cooked jasmine rice into this Thai-inspired dish. You can cook your own jasmine rice if you prefer but it can be tricky to get that fluffy yet sticky texture just right. Our stress-free recipe is finished with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds and sliced spring onions to add fresh, tangy flavours to your fakeaway night.
