Proof that the tastiest sweet treats don’t have to be complicated, you won’t believe how short the ingredients list is for our Strawberry Galette. Once the strawberry slices are tucked in nicely at the centre of your puff pastry base, pop it in the oven and bake to golden perfection. We can’t get enough of the syrupy centre of warmed-up strawberries! Plus, this rustic, pie-like dish never has to be the same twice – try a different combination of strawberries, raspberries or blueberries each time and keep your fruity filling fresh.

Followed the recipe for strawberry but used blueberries 😋
I didn’t have strawberries but substituted with blueberries added lemon juice and zest delicious
Deceptively easy!
I used a rectangular sheet of ready rolled reduced fat puff pastry purely as I’m too lazy to cut it into a circle; extremely easy and can be adapted to any berry!
Frozen or fresh
You can use frozen or fresh strawberries for this, or any fruit for that matter! Strawberry and banana is next on the list for me.
So simple to make,
I used a mix of Rhubarb and Strawberries, smells delish
