We love all things Italian and this Tomato Bruschetta is no exception! Serve as a light lunch or an easy canape option. Alternatively, serve as a starter to some delicious pasta for a full Italian feast!

What’s even better is this Tomato Bruschetta recipe is gluten free as we suggest using Schar brown or white ciabattas. As with most of our Italian inspired recipes, good quality tomatoes are a must for this recipe, for that real authentic Italian flavour, especially as they are served raw.

  • 4 tbsp Fresh Basil Roughly chopped
  • 1 handful Fresh rocket
  • 30 Cherry Tomatoes Halved
  • 1 Beef tomato Sliced
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt Flakes
  • 2 Schar Ciabatta
