Make it veggie

Use a chicken substitute or double the quantity of asparagus, and swap the chicken stock for vegetable stock.

Mix it up a bit!
You can swap chicken for salmon, or sometimes I make a vegetarian version with lots of different veg!! Beautiful!
Broccoli and Cauliflower
Swapped the asparagus for broccoli and cauliflower florets. Cut them into bite sized pieces before putting in the silicone mould
So easy to make and tasted delicious
Prepping this dish was so simple and once it was in the oven the smell was heavenly, would recommend trying this. l served it with a lovely crisp salad and makes a fab munch or evening meal so versatile.

If I don’t have quark what is the best alternative? I have skyr yoghurt, garlic and herb cream cheese or ricotta.

    Hey Amber, you are probably best using the cream cheese or ricotta in place of the quark. Alternatively you can use cottage cheese just whizz it up in a food processor until smooth before adding to quiche ingredients. Hope that helps!
