Viking Pork
Transform a dull pork steak into a delicious dinner with a tangy cheese-and-onion topping. Super quick and easy to make, this country-pub inspired classic will quickly become a family favourite! We’re not sure where the Viking name originated, but we think it describes the bold and tangy flavours in this dish, so we kept the name anyway!

Hey Carol, the recipe serves 4 so you just need to divide the recipe in half and half again to get one portion. Hope that helps!
