Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

You can cook two or more pancakes at once depending on the size of the frying pan - just make sure to leave enough room to spread the mixture into the pancake shapes.

Swap This

You can use rolled oats instead of instant oats, you will just need to blitz them into a fine powder using a food processor first.

Gorgeous, easy to make
I didn't have any caramel sauce but tastes just as lovely without it if you don't have it
Tasty biscoff pancakes
I used a bigger spoon, more like a ladle to put the mixture in and spread, made it easier to get a bigger sized pancake. Spread lotus spread when warm and add the biscuit just before eating for a lovely crunch. Would definitely make these again.
The best pancake recipe.
Best served warm with fruit for breakfast.

How many pancakes per serving please ?

Hey Annette, the recipe serves 2 so the mixture is split in half, it depends on the size you make your pancakes as to how many you would make per serving. Hope that helps!

Could you make this and keep the batter in the fridge until the next day? I love biscoff but my partner doesn’t so it would only be me eating it.

Hey Jacob, yes it should be okay in the fridge overnight you may find it’s a little thicker but you can add a splash of milk until it’s the right consistency, hope that helps!
