Chicken and Banana Curry
Ever heard the saying, ‘Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it’? If you’ve never tried banana in a savoury dish, you are in for a real treat! A takeaway favourite of ours, this curry contains similar flavours to a korma or Kashmiri dish. It’s packed with tender chicken in a rich and creamy sauce, with added fibre and nutrition from the sliced bananas.

Can you do this in the slow cooker
Thanks

Hi Sue, our Chicken and Banana Curry is best suited to cooking on the hob so we wouldn’t recommend slow cooking it. Hope this helps

One of our favourite recipes! It’s my 10 year old daughter’s favourite meal but we use only half a chilli so it’s not too spicy. Thank you!
