This fruity crumble is so easy to prepare and combines fresh apples and tinned apricots with a lightly spiced, oaty topping. We’ve reduced the amount of calories in the crumble topping by using reduced-fat spread and brown sweetener, to create a dessert that’s low on calories, but big on flavour. Super fruity and warming, this dish is perfect for those cooler evenings! Try serving it with our easy peasy Custard on page 245.
