Cauliflower Cheese and Potato Mash
Everyone knows that cheese makes everything better! This Cauliflower Cheese and Potato Mash has less carbs than traditional mashed potatoes, but it’s still super hearty and full of flavour. A perfect accompaniment to most meals, and really easy to prepare, we think that it works particularly well when served as part of a roast dinner or with our Mushroom Bourguignon on page 139.
