You can use tinned pineapple, but this will increase the calories to 218 kcal per portion.

Hint & Tip
Rather than artificial sweetener I added honey instead, tasted absolutely divine!
Quick and easy, super tasty meal
I used tinned pineapple cut into chunks rather than fresh pineapple. I also really reduced the sauce down until sticky
Bulk it out a bit?
I added extra peppers and onion and more soy sauce and hot sauce to zing it up a bit, delicious! Used tinned pineapple and it added a bit of extra sweetness to it.
Quick and easy recipe with so much flavour!
Prep everything beforehand and this dish will be from pan to plate in 15 minutes!
Our favourite
This is a favourite which we have every week as it’s fast and filling. When I make it I use sweet chilli sauce in as we don’t like sriracha and we put a bag of golden veg microwave rice in, give it a stir and serve.

Looking to up your veg intake & increase your food diversity? Add in extras: bean sprouts, celery, radish & sweetcorn, topped with spring onions & mixed sesame seeds for a fabulous fruity one pot!
Quick and simple to prepare and cook!
Such an easy, tasty and healthy stir-fry. I added a few cashew nuts at the end of cooking, just for an extra crunch.
Love this recipe, great on a wrap
I like my veg with a bit off crunch so I tend to add after the sauce has started to thicken up a little
