This recipe is based on a French bistro classic. Tender pieces of chicken lovingly simmered with mushrooms, tomatoes and tarragon until the flavours fuse. We have kept the calories low by skipping the red wine you’d traditionally find in this dish, but it’s so flavourful you won’t even miss it!

An absolute family favourite
Was such an easy recipe to follow. Great that you could add extra veggies if needed. I added extra mushrooms to mine as I love mushrooms. Served it with mash potatoes and green beans. Was wonderful.
Another great recipe from PON. Healthy nutritional recipe
I used a mixture of chicken breast & thighs. Easy to prepare, I love cooking. I prepped it on my Hob then later on gave it 20 minutes in the oven and as neat on time finished it off in the pressure king pro. Yet again another delicious recipe.
Absolutely delicious you must try!
I start the recipe following the recipe in my Ninja foodi on sauté then pressure cook on Hi for 10 minutes then natural release for 10 minutes it’s perfect!
