A warming spicy Mexican soup, traditionally topped with fried tortilla pieces and avocado. In our version, we are saving calories by baking the tortillas, so they are still crisp and ready to soak up the delicious flavours of the soup. We have topped the soup with cooling yoghurt to complete the instantly recognizable Mexican taste!
