Will spray the paper cases next time or use silicone!

Really is as the book says 'quick and easy'!

I didn't have any maple syrup, but do have a sweet tooth so instead I squirted some golden syrup into the mix! I also added a dollop or two of peanut butter. Few more calories but very yummy and so easy to make!

Very easy recipe to follow and was delicious

I used silicon cases for my muffins as read that the paper cases stuck to the bottom otherwise.

Delicious- perfect to take to work!
