Inspired by Middle Eastern and North African flavours, this lightly spiced dish is like summer on a plate! If you’ve never heard of harissa paste before, then you should be able to find this in a jar with the spices in the supermarket. It can pack a bit of a punch, so if you prefer your food milder, then you may want to reduce the amount of harissa paste that you use!

Perfect for freezer dump bags!
I did all the prep when had the time and money (first weekend of month) then froze in 2 bags (meat & veg). Defrosted in the fridge so I could “dump” into two dishes / trays and oven cook as per recipe! Perfect low effort mid week meal that way!
