Lemon and Garlic Asparagus
This simple, but tasty veggie side dish works perfectly with pretty much any meal, but especially fish or chicken! Asparagus is a delicious veg that doesn’t need much adding to it, so we’ve just enhanced the natural flavour with some lemon juice and garlic. This is a great way to get one of your five a day and will help to leave you feeling full for longer.

Swap the fresh lemon juice for 2 tbsp concentrated lemon juice, or use 1 crushed fresh garlic clove (peeled first) instead of the garlic granules.
