A quick and easy Asian-inspired fish curry, flavoured with lemongrass, lime, coconut and coriander, with a slight chilli kick. This is a delicious, fragrant dish that is really simple to prepare and makes a great lunch or dinner. Serve with your choice of accompaniment, but we think it’s super tasty when served with basmati rice or egg noodles!

Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Swap this

Use any other curry paste, e.g. Thai, instead of the Laksa curry paste, and swap the cod for any other white fish, fresh or frozen (defrost first).

Fantastic Asian flavours
Always looking for new ways to use fish. Added some brocolli and found it filling enough without serving with rice
Super easy to make, very little mess and clean up.
I found the Laksa paste in Sainsburys, it isn't the easiest product to find. Recipe was really easy to follow. I added an onion and a yellow pepper for veg count and served with rice noodles which soaked up all the flavour.
