Hints & Tips

Below we added some of our communities most common hints and tips. We hope you find them useful.

Loosen the soup with a little water or vegetable stock if you prefer a thinner soup.

NEW TIP
A kick of heat and a crunch of sweetcorn.
Full of flavour. The chillies give it a little kick of heat, keeping back some of the sweetcorn to add at the end gives it a little crunch. Warming and comforting.
This has a real Mexican kick!
Super easy to make. Fab to batch cook for lunches. I used a soup maker for this recipe, came out perfect!!
Proper comfort food
Made this before and loved it. Cooked double this time and froze this in 2 batches. It freezes exceptionally well and doesn’t lose any flavour. Added a little water to loosen it down after defrosting but still thick & delicious.
