Loosen the soup with a little water or vegetable stock if you prefer a thinner soup.

This has a real Mexican kick!
Super easy to make. Fab to batch cook for lunches. I used a soup maker for this recipe, came out perfect!!
Proper comfort food
Made this before and loved it. Cooked double this time and froze this in 2 batches. It freezes exceptionally well and doesn’t lose any flavour. Added a little water to loosen it down after defrosting but still thick & delicious.
