Inspired by one of our favourite American sandwiches, this Philly Cheesesteak Meatloaf has all of the flavours of this classic sandwich, but far fewer calories. Packed full of veg, we’ve used a light spreadable cheese to keep this dish slimming friendly without compromising on that delicious cheesiness! Serve with a mixed salad and some hot sauce for a really satisfying, tasty meal.

How To Batch

Cool within 2 hours of cooking, then divide into individual servings and freeze immediately.

Was absolutely lovely, I found it easier to cook mine in a loaf tin but it was a hit all round.
