A low-calorie version of the classic British pudding, ‘spotted’ with raisins and flavoured with a hint of lemon and mixed spice. This is comfort food at its finest: warming and filling, and delicious served with custard.

Hey Su, yes this can be reheated. Heat in 30 second bursts in the microwave until piping hot, hope that helps!
