To boost the Scandinavian feel, add thinly sliced cucumber and a sprinkling of chopped dill fronds, and serve with cranberry sauce.

Different to your usual meatballs
These meatballs are pretty simple to make but are full of flavour. They freeze beautifully. I serve them with the cauliflower cheese mash which accompanies them beautifully.
Simple and so tasty!
This was delicious. I found the recipe and made a LOT of meatballs (I made small ones!) so we were able to freeze some. Served them with pickled cucumber, roasted courgettes and potatoes. Would definitely recommend
Swedish meatballs with cauliflower mash.....yes please!!
This is one of the more time consuming recipes but it's worth the work, utterly delicious. With this in mind I double up & batch cook & freeze several more portions so your only doing the work once.
