Moist and fudgy chocolate squares drizzled with a little chocolate sauce made with a surprising secret ingredient! We’ve used a mixture of maple syrup and cocoa powder to give a lower-calorie alternative to chocolate. It is just like the real thing and just as delicious!

Nice weekend treat!
I used honey instead of maple syrup and struggled a bit with the topping but added a bit of water and it worked out ok. I also ran out of granulated sweetner so subbed some of it for brown sugar. Lovely!
So delicious, these were the nicest tasting brownies!
Use an electric hand whisk to mix the ingredients together.
