Great to use lots of vegetables
Used a bit of chilli and Paprika for a bit of a bite
Delicious!
I halved the recipe as it was only for me, and will freeze half of what I made. Easy to make, added a tablespoon of nutritional yeast for extra umami and protein. Had it with nom red cabbage. Very tasty, and easy to do. Highly recommended!

I have quite a bit of the mixture left over, before putting in the loaf tin. Can this be frozen?
